Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-6207 is a one-component reactive
PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solids, mainly used for textile
lamination bonding.PUR-6207 can be used for laminating various
fabrics and different plastic films, especially fabrics with high
water resistance level.PUR-6207 has excellent adhesion, the final
product is hard, and has good initial strength, moderate open time,

certain temperature and high initial and final bonding strength.
After curing, PUR-6207 has good peel strength, good heat and
moisture resistance, and chemical resistance.
APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-6207 is used for textile
lamination bonding. PUR-6207 can be used for the lamination of
various kinds of fabrics and different plastic films, especially
for the fabrics with higher waterproof grades, it has excellent
adhesion, the final product is stiff, and has good initial
strength, moderate opening time, and excellent final strength.

USER GUIDE
The package of PUR-6207 is suitable for various dispensing
equipment.
The recommended operating temperature is 90℃~100℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished
product in a working environment with suitable temperature and
humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative
humidity).
STORAGE
Store PUR-6207 where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The
storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire
or heat source.
