Wanli® APAO Hot Melt Adhesive 5021 for the bonding of car seat upholstery is an APAO amorphous polyalpha-olefin based hot melt adhesive.APAO-5021 is specially developed for foam, nonwoven and panel bonding.APAO-5021 is characterized by high viscosity, high peel strength, good aging resistance and is suitable for working on standard machine systems such as narrow squeegees, roller glue , spray glue, etc.

USER GUIDE

APAO-5021 is suitable for standard hot melt adhesive application equipment such as slit squeegee, roll glue etc.

The recommended operating temperature is 160℃~190℃, which depends on the equipment, substrate and environment and other conditions.

STORAGE

Store APAO-5021 where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
